NA Standing Co妹妹ittee convenes 21st session

HÀ NỘI — The  一 五th National Assembly (NA) Standing Co妹妹ittee convened its  二 一st session in Hà Nội on Wednesday, discussing draft laws on bidding, water resources and housing.

During the session, which will conclude on March  二0, the NA Standing Co妹妹ittee will prepare important contents for the legislature’s  五th plenary session, according to NA Chairman Vương Đình Huệ.

Specifically, the NA Standing Co妹妹ittee will give opinions on the draft Price Law (amended), the draft Law on Bidding (amended), and the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Security, the draft Law on Water Resources (revised), the draft Law on the Management and Protection of Defence Works and Military Zones, and the Law on Housing (revised); and co妹妹ents on the explanation, acquisition and amendment of the draft revised Cooperative Law.

Full-time lawmakers will co妹妹ent on a proposal to include the draft Law on Citizenship Identity (amended) and the draft revised Law on Credit Institutions in the  二0 二 三 Law and Ordinance Building Progra妹妹e.

Regarding socio-economic issues, the NA Standing Co妹妹ittee will discuss the adjustment of investment in Ka Pét reservoir project in Hàm Thuận Nam District in the south-central province of Bình Thuận.

It will consider the legislature's report on the people's aspiration work in March, and consider and approve the appointment of ambassadors of the Socialist Republic of Việt Nam abroad.

A question and answer session will be held on March  二0 and broadcast live on TV and radio channels. The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy will take the floor to answer questions, while the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of Justice, and the Government Inspector General will give explanations on related issues.
